Do I need an account?

No. Please Buy uses your iCloud. Lists work right away, even offline.

How do I share lists with my family?

Open the Circle tab, tap Create circle, then Invite someone. They join with their own Apple Account by opening the link. Everyone in the circle sees the circle's lists. To share one list with a friend, open it and tap the share button.

Why can't I create a circle?

Sharing needs iCloud. Sign in under Settings › Apple Account, and make sure iCloud is on for Please Buy (Settings › Apple Account › iCloud › Apps Using iCloud).

I'm not getting nudges.

Check Settings › Notifications › Please Buy, and that both of you are in the same circle. Nudges can take a few seconds to arrive.

Where is my data stored?

In your own iCloud, shared only with people you invite. Receipt photos and your location never leave your iPhone. See the privacy policy.

The receipt was read wrong.

You can fix any line on the review screen before saving. If a store's receipts are often misread, email us a photo with personal details covered and we'll improve it.

How do I leave a circle or delete my data?

Circle tab › Leave circle (or Delete circle if you started it). To remove everything, delete the app and its data under Settings › Apple Account › iCloud › Manage Storage.
